HIIT & HIIT LITE (High Intensity Interval Training) is a 30-45 minute total body cardio and strength conditioning workout.  This interval-based class combines strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, balance, core stability, range of movement, flexibility, and balance for daily living.

 

In HIIT you focus on completing moves for a timed interval rather a specific number of times-quality over quantity.  This way you can work at your own pace and ensure proper form to get the most out every move. Standing & chair options ensure success for all fitness levels.
