Spring Back into Fitness!!

The studio is buzzing with lots of different classes to choose from - there is something for everyone!

We welcome you to join us either online or in person to preview and experience our classes and meet some of our awesome instructors!

Joining us is easy!

1. Visit and register for either online or person classes you would like to take

2. Use coupon code OPENHOUSE for free class!

3. Receive a Zoom link from Vagaro for each online class you register for. We will also post Zoom links on this event the day of the open house.

Option to DRIVE BY! You can also do a "drive by"! We will have a tent set up in front so we can meet you and answer any questions outside


8:00 AM - BEYOND BARRE FLIP FUSION Strength training meets cardio for this muscle-intensive class. Concentrated strength work, and quick bursts of cardio throughout, will have you working at your maximum with strength training and stretching to follow, you’ll finish feeling stronger than ever!

9:00 AM - DANCE & SCULPT FUSION LO Alternate between blasts of low-impact high-intensity, dance-based cardio and strength intervals for a muscle intensive workout that earns you killer results. Finish up with some full-body strength training and stretching to elevate that metabolism and keep calories burning long after the sweat is dry!

10:00 AM - ZUMBA TRIO WITH KIM Experience Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Zumba Gold in one fun-filled class! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. ... We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

11:00 AM - INTRO TO CAPOEIRA Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, music, and acrobatics. It teaches discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, and promotes self-esteem. It is considered one of the top all-around strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercises and training is geared toward all ages and athletic levels.

12:00 PM - INTRO TO TAI CHI "Sifu (Master) Zhu Bi-Sheng offers training in traditional Tai Chi and Kung Fu. Come improve your physical and mental wellbeing while learning fun and interesting arts including Yang-style Tai Chi, Hung Gar Kung Fu, Liu He Ba Fa (also known as "Water Boxing"), and others.
